A vision insurance policy is not the same as health insurance. Regular health insurance plans protect you against financial losses due to unexpected eye injuries or disease. Vision insurance, on the other hand, is a wellness benefit designed to provide routine eye care, prescription eyewear and other vision-related services at a reduced cost.

Clinic for Vision 20/20 Plan
Adults: $150 Children (ages 18 and under): $100
Benefits for 1 calendar year include:
- Priority scheduling
- One comprehensive eye exam
- A photo of your eye
- 20% off all eyewear
- Covered Trivex lens material upgrade (excluding authentic Rx sunglasses)
Eyewear includes: Frames, lenses, and plano sunglasses.
Contact lens fittings are available as an exam add on for an additional fee.
